These imperfections are not sanded or buffed out, ensuring the original strength and durability of the leather. They contribute to the unique rustic appearance of our genuine leather items and should be seen as a testament to their authenticity.

Colour Discrepancies: Please be aware that the colours of our leather items may appear slightly different on various devices. If you receive a product that differs slightly in colour from what you saw on your screen when placing the order, it is not considered a fault or defect.

Handmade with Love: Our leather products are lovingly handmade by skilled artisans, not mass-produced by machines. As a result, some stitching irregularities may be present, such as slight crookedness or thickness variations. These imperfections add character to your product and are not grounds for a refund.

Production Schedule: We follow a made-to-order production schedule. Kindly allow between 7 and 14 working days from the date of purchase for your product to be crafted and prepared for delivery. In the event of any unexpected delays that may extend the waiting period, we will promptly inform you.
